Lagaam Shikshak
Train drivers in VR before they meet the hazard on the road.
AR and VR driver training built from real Indian road scenarios: ghats, night highways, school zones and loading bays.
Train drivers in VR before they meet the hazard on the road.
Shikshak puts drivers into situations that are too dangerous to practise for real: brake fade on a ghat descent, a pedestrian stepping out at night, a reversing truck in a crowded yard.
Scenarios are built from the events Drishti records across fleets, so training reflects what actually goes wrong on Indian roads. Each session is scored and stored against the driver's record in Sutra.
Supervisors see who is improving, who needs another session and which hazards the whole fleet struggles with.
What it does
Immersive scenarios
Highways, hill roads, city traffic, depots and school zones in VR.
AR walkarounds
Pre-trip inspection and loading procedures overlaid on the real vehicle.
Scored sessions
Reaction time, gaze and decisions measured for every module.
Linked to live behaviour
Training plans adjust to the alerts each driver triggers on the road.
What changes after installation
- Safer drivers before they take the wheel
- Training tied to real incident data
- Lower cost than on-road instructor hours
- A record of competence for audits and insurers
