Drivers cannot look at screens, so Sahayak speaks. It sits on top of Drishti and the fleet platform and turns every alert into a short spoken message in Hindi, English or the regional language the driver is comfortable with.
Drivers can ask it questions without taking their hands off the wheel: the next stop, the delivery address, how long until a break is due. Sahayak answers from live trip data.
When something goes wrong, a breakdown, a medical issue, an accident, the driver says so and Sahayak alerts the control room with location and a clip.
