Piloting computer vision in a district: start with one corridor
Large surveillance tenders often stall. A single well-chosen corridor shows results in weeks.

The fastest way to prove the value of camera intelligence is not a city-wide tender. It is one junction, one highway stretch or one depot, measured carefully for a few weeks.
Choosing the pilot
Pick a location with a clear, countable problem: helmet violations at a junction, overloading at a mining check-post, or wildlife crossings on a forest road.
Measuring it
Agree the baseline before cameras go live. Then compare events detected, actions taken and outcomes. A good pilot ends with numbers a finance department can read.
